Information & Grievance Redressal Unit
Under the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) process, this Information & Grievance Management Unit has been established with the objective of ensuring easy access to information and establishing a transparent, accountable, and fair grievance-handling system at Pokhara Technical School. The Unit addresses complaints, grievances, and suggestions from students, teachers, staff, and other stakeholders in a timely, impartial, and confidential manner, thereby fostering a safe and trustworthy institutional environment.
